MEDITATION

You need to take time to go within and focus on the Divine moments between thoughts where purity exists. Quiet your mind and redirect any stray thoughts to a place of peace through the consciously, unconscious act of breathing. Focus on expanding your state of gratitude and connect to the Divine. Meditation is spiritual nourish- ment. It is time to nourish yourself.
